Driver Side TEMP From TEMP Dial Cannot Be Adjusted
On my 2014 FX4 ECO Boost, noticed yesterday that the TEMP will not adjust for the driver’s side from the dial. Changing from dual zone to single zone has no affect. When rotating the TEMP **** the passenger zone TEMP will go up or down depending on rotation direction. The switch will turn on or off for dual zone.
I can adjust the TEMP through “My Ford Touch” air condition display for either the driver or passenger.
Has anyone see this issue?
Does anyone know how the exterior Dual and rotary dial TEMP switch is wired and if switch can be replace as a unit of the switch itself?
Thanks

Seems like your HVAC is functioning correctly, so I'm fairly confident something has failed between that **** and the control module.
No personal experience, but I imagine most of those HVAC controls in the area are on the same circuit board. To replace the driver control, you most likely have to replace the whole board. If you are comfortable tearing apart your dash to get behind the switches, a new board should be easy to replace.
If you haven't solved your problem yet, I can take a look at the wiring diagrams for my 2013 this evening.
