Question Door panel removal

Anyone removed their door panels in the 2009 yet?
I want to try and remove the cover around the door handle to see if I can straighten it out a bit *(After would-be thieves attempted to pry it off), and am hoping I can get at it by removing the interior door panel.

(*Looks like the ***Holes tried to pop it off with a screwdriver, bending up the bottom and scratching paint off the door. I used my touchup paint to cover the damage to the door itself. Dealer said to replace and paint the Handle cover would cost me about $450.00, so I'm going to try to fix it up a bit myself and spend the $$$ on an alarm ).

I've opened up all four of my doors to change out the speakers. The driver's door has two screws on the bottom, a screw behind the plastic plate in the door handle spot. This panel has to be pried loose gently from the open end. There is an additional screw under the small plastic panel in the armrest. You can pry up the door lock/window panel and unplug all the connections. Then lift up on the panel and pull away from the door. The inside door handle has two tabs that can be pressed from the inside, then then the assembly is loose to pull back with the cable. Remember to take the connector off the mirrot controller, then you are done.

I posted a few photos in an album under my profile that might help. These are pictures of the right rear door, but hopefully you can get the idea.

Well, I've pulled/pried on the little black cover behind the door panel almost to the point of breaking it and it won't come out. It flexes toward the center. Could it be glued into place?
Is there a pin in the center of it that holds it in?

Nevermind, I got it. just had to manhandle it a little.

Was able to grind down the pried out edge of the handle cover a little bit where they bent it up.
looks a little better, but still noticeable (to me anyway).
Tuesday, the alarm goes in.

Lots of features for the money, and I've heard good things about them.

Guy here's talking about Viper, but I don't have a clue, and I can't find any place that objectively compares and reviews them.

Definitely a good one from my experience with it. I have had it in my truck for going on 2 years now and wouldn't trade it for anything at this point.
