Door Key Code on 2010
Funny. My truck did not come with the code card either, my code is on a sticker attached to the fuse block in the engine compartment. All I had to do was open the hood. No disassembly required.
Edit: I meant the Computer module not fuse block. It is on page 142 of the owners manual.
SECURICODE™ KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM (IF EQUIPPED)
You can use the keyless entry
keypad to:
• lock all vehicle doors.
• unlock only the driver’s door.
• unlock all vehicle doors.
• program/erase the customer keycode.
• enable/disable the autolocking feature.
The keypad can be operated with the factory set 5–digit entry code; this
code is located on the owner’s wallet card in the glove box, is marked on
the computer module, and is available from your authorized dealer. You
can also create your own 5–digit personal entry code.
When pressing the controls on the keypad, press the middle of the
controls to ensure a good activation.

The Key Code is on the passenger side behind the kick panel. Take the panel off, unscrew the keypad brain box so you can see the barcode sticker on the backside of the brain box. The code is the 5 numbers written vertically with two or three letters after it. You may need a flashlight and good eyesight to read it! This is where I found it on my 2010 f-150 4X4 Cruecab.
On my 2012 it’s behind the passenger side kick panel. That’s the factory code. You can also set a personal code, and both will unlock it. Actually comes in handy. Like for when you accidentally lock your truck with the keys in the cup holder lol.
your 5 digit # is on the top right side of the fuse panel...you will have to lean in @ floor level & look back to the right!!
PS: write the number down & put in a safe place........I forgot mine & had to look again??
