Default Does my Truck Look Lifted, Unsure

I bought my 2012 F-150 screw 4 X 4 a few weeks ago and have wondered after looking at many other F-150's if my truck has been lifted or does this look like a normal distance. It has the 18" rims and standard tires. I really don't know what to look for in the suspension so I am posting a couple pics. Or if anyone could point out what to observe, just seems my truck sits higher than many others. Thanks....

Take a picture of the front, pointing above the wheels into the top of the strut tower.

Then under the rear, pointing at where the shocks mount to the axle.

OK will do tomorrow...

Do all 4 X 4 F-150's have the same ground clearance that matches mine or is there a difference depending on options??

It look's like it has a front level kit. to me.
The back of the truck usually is a little higher than the front if its stock

I'd also question whether the wheel wells were starting to rust. Those fender flares aren't factory.

A lot of people throw them of to hide rust.

If you posted a photo of the upper control arm angle, that would give away if it's lifted.

Yup... Lift kits are basically spacers between the strut and where they mount.

Here's a couple pics, hopefully help to determine any lift...
