Default Do You Service at Ford?

Looking to hear from other members, do you take your truck to Ford for service or use your own shop?

In the past I have just gone to my local shop. I bought a new truck last week and I've decided I'll take it to the ford dealership for all work.

When the cheaper than the competition, why wouldn't you go to the dealer?

Default Taking the XLT to the dealer

With just over 13K on the odometer I am not going change my service other than to the Ford Dealer I bought the truck from... at some point way down the road when major repairs start creeping in I will price it out and have to figure out the best course of action! For now, the Ford Dealer is my best place!

Myself.. unless it's covered under warranty. Actually, I am just doing routine maintenance myself. Any repairs if needed will go to a local shop or the dealer depending on warranty or type of repair. There are some shops that specialize in specific areas of expertise, so I occasionally take repairs to them.

For instance, the wife's 4Runner is going into our local Midas for a complete brake service as their prices are good, work is outstanding, and they have a lifetime warranty on work/products used.
