when i drive form ontario to nova scotia my truck will read 999km to empty and stay there for about 100km or so. So it can get 1100 to 1200 a tank. but thats the speed limit with 3 stops for 18 hours of driving.

Default DTE was really good!

On a weekend trip through Indiana we drove through light construction for several long stretches, at an average speed of around 55-60. Mileage jumped up to 25.4. Next fillup resulted in a DTE of 841! Overall for the trip was 22.7 mpg.

After filling up, I've seen it around 700 miles to empty consistently. I usually fill it up when I get to a quarter of a tank, though.

My 2016 5.0 can get 1189 kms to a tank on the highway....that wasn't empty either, i didn't drive till it ran out.
That is 739 miles for those non metric people.
The lie meter that says so many kms left to empty is full of crap.
I drove 64 kms after it said 0 and it was still running strong.

I've gotten 548 miles out of a tank all highway. Prob could have squeezed 15 more miles out of it. Was averaging 21.2 Mpg with 5.0 v8

My 14 screw boost got 533 miles on a tank of 87 and filled up with 33.6 gallons of 93. The maths suggest it would've been ~560 miles at bone dry. That's real world. I don't recall what was shown in the display but I remember seeing 22 miles to empty at some point.
