Just got done installing mine and it took all of 5 mins, DZ43200 Fits 04-13 driver side mounting.

The package and contents and a little video closing and opening tail gate. Love this thing, nothing binds at all, just smooth operation.

Gotta say, that's a much better solution....But I'm assuming I get at it with the standard access panel.

The most important part is to tighten the nutsert the nine complete turns or it will loosen up on you.

The kit comes with loctight so when you screw the lower ball to the t Gate it stays stuck. However I do have access to a nutsert tool and assorted nutserts if I have any issues.

I cranked down pretty good on it, I kinda have the feel for when a bolt or nut will break, been wrenching for 30+ years.

I did nine at first and that felt secure but after a couple weeks mine can loose and was moving around and I got another and was told by the company 9-12 so I went 12 and at 12 turns it snugs right up to the point you know it's good. Loctite the crap out of it and smooth operation since.

Gaaahhhh....I'm still waiting on mine to get here. Last I checked it was in Jersey but UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday so I have to wait until Monday afternoon.

I went to a brick & mortar store that had it on their shelves.
