Good luck! I've had terrible experiences with a few gm dealerships and a local tire shop. I'd warn them I am ocd and will check for damage and I've still had 4 different places damage my wheels when mounting new tires, rebalancing and rotating....
They all refuse to help at first, but all had damage repaired.

Yeah that's sort of my tactic. I politely warn them beforehand that I'm OCD about my truck and that I know that there is currently no damage on it. It may or may not help, but I think that's about all you can do to avoid damage.

didn't get a chance to read the whole story, it happened to my bimmer last year too, but come to think of it, since they were not honest about this, why don't you do the same? go for the service next around, and blame the **** out of them right after taking it back!

dropped it off at lunch. I saw him take out the touch up paint, run of the mill **** you get off the auto parts store shelf. Will see how it really comes out and seriously ask him if he thinks that will hold up.
