Default Dealer chipped my wheels

Went into dealer couple weeks ago for "the works". With the coupon its cheaper to get it done there then to change the oil and rotate yourself. Anyways, service was done and went on my way. Crappy weather the last few weeks off and on so havent got to wash my truck until this past weekend. I noticed around one of the lug holes is a chip from where they dinged it with the impact i assume. This dealer is the only place i have serviced my truck since owning it (11k miles). How do i go about getting this resolved? Beings its been 2wks since the service am i **** out of luck? Pretty much up to service managers discretion?

Possibly the wheel had a bubble in the finish and it would have inevitably chipped regardless?

Thoughts on how to approach this situation, will be going after work today.

I think your **** out of luck with this one. 2 weeks is a long time for something like that to have happened. But never hurts to try. Just don't go in there thinking they will play nice.

All I can do is wish you good luck. But FX4life had all of his wheels replaced after the hacks at the dealership messed up his FX appearance pkg. wheels.

i mean its pretty obvious they are carless with the impacts. Some of my lugs are slightly rounded from not fulling engaging the nut.

Although, i could pass this off as a bubbled finish that finally broke loose. It's possible as ive never really looked at the finish that closely until i saw the chip a couple days ago.

Had mine chipped by belle tire and they finally bought me a new oem rim after them scratching the repainted one. It is literally 3 shades darker and they said I have to contact ford for a resolution, my ford dealer doesn't know what to do.... I'm stuck with one wheel that looks like its covered in brake dust compared to the others....

Service manager wasn't there when I went but pictures were taken. Probably get a call tomorrow. I will not settle for a.refinished wheel. New or ***ettaboutit and I'll buy a replacement myself

Sorry to hear this op, this stuff drives me crazy. I have never really had my stuff at the dealer, I hate leaving it anywhere.... I certainly would not be happy about it, if you are positive they messed it up and they refuse to resolve it I would say to hell with them, find another dealer

may i suggest plasti dipping all 4 of your rims grey or black to make them all look the same color? plasti dip is only 6 bucks a can at home depot and it take most people 3-4 cans to do all their rims
