If you want to sit on hold for a half hour go ahead. They're going to ship them from china and you'll have them in a couple weeks. Great product and have had no issues

Took almost 2 weeks for mine to arrive. They sent me an email once they shipped saying it was coming from somewhere in china.

Mine took like 2 weeks too. But it is an extremely good product considering the price.

I got a total of 3 bad sets from them. Actually, they shipped the wrong kit the first time (gen1 does not have working high beams), then a broke kit, then an incompatible kit. Of course, I had to test the kits and provide video / pics of they were installed each time to prove it wasn't user-error.

Brian informed me that this is just part of doing business with someone - I had to show a little patience. After exercising a lack of patience, he finally authorized me a full refund.

In a full twist of irony, my brother 1,000 miles away coincidentally bought a similar kit for his truck at almost the same time. We had never discussed that either of us were doing the project to each other. He also got a wrong kit and then a kit that didn't have wires long enough. Brian gave him a refund on the driving lights but wouldn't refund his fog lights because they worked. My brother was looking for a matching pair and did return his driving lights but was very frustrated over the incident with DDM.

I ordered hid's from them and they were the wrong ones. I called and placed in a help ticket daily for a week with no response. When I finally got a resonse it was over a week later, so I argued it was their fault it took so long. They mad me pay shipping and a restocking fee, and that is the only way I could get my money back. They screwed me and the customer service rep was a mouthy little b!!tch, she treated me like crap and put me on hold. She told me she had other things to do, so i b!!tched her out.

I had to deal with thier customer service to. Not a fun time. Finally asked the guy because i had been onth phone for and hour. I asked if they had enough people to handle all thier business/ customer services calls and he said verbatum.......no way. We ar so behind and so busy its rediculous. They do give you therunaround and the whole ship from china thing is kinda new. Ive used ddm for about 4 years now and this is the first time ive heard theyve moved thier shipping to china. But thier shipping is kinda long regaurdless. Good product when you get agood set.

And with a lifetime warranty. I dont mind jumping through hoops to get replacements.

Weird, I have a kit from ddm on my truck, high/low and fogs, and i am pretty happy with them. My girlfriend actually ordered them for me for christmas last year(2010). I had them for about 3 months and on of the fog lights went out. I called them, sent an email with a pic, and they sent me new ones. I dont recall it being a big pain, and I have a low tolerance level for customer service people. They even sent me a different shade because the color of the heads and fogs where a little off, and now match perfect.

Anyway, sorry to hear you guys are having trouble, but thought I would share my experience.
