Default Data logging question

For those with experience in sending in data logs. What is a normal turnaround time for your tuner to get back with you?

Varies a LOT just depending on who you are using and how busy they are and if a actual shop or smaller time operation with just one or two folks writing the tunes / reviewing the logs.

Can be just a few hours to 2 or 3 business days response time.

I'd think so, unless its extenuating circumstances. But then they should let you know. Who is it?

I'll leave them nameless as I'm Not intending to throw "shade" at them. Especially since I'm not well versed into data logging. My expectations were, I would hear something in about a day or so and that hasn't happened.

After a week, I would at least call and follow up to see what type of realistic turn around time frame you should be expecting.
