Default Custom Offsets Order / Wheel Fitment HELP :D

Hey yall!

I am looking at getting new wheels/tires for my f150. Below are my specs.

2013 F-150
5.0
4WD
Stock 20s

I bought the truck and I could tell that it had some kind of lift to it. I have owned the truck a little over a year now and was looking at old paper work and found the previous owners wife name. I messaged her on FB and ask her to ask her husband what size leveled lift he had on it. She said " 1 - 1/2 - 2 " now do you think that means 1 - 1/2 in front and 2in in the rear? The truck looks completely leveled to me.

Any ways with this information this is the wheel and tire set up I want to go with but I really want to make sure it fits. Minor plastic trimming is fine but really don't want to go more than that, Wheel/Tire specs and links below:

Tires and back spacing should be your biggest concern. With a -12 offset and 32.76"s you should be good but you might have to trim plastic lower front deflector. It sounds like a spacer leveling kit. If you take a pic in the wheel well where the springs meet the frame (just above the wheel) most people could probably tell you how much of a lift you have. Bonus points if you take a pic of the spacer block where the rear leaf springs meet the axle - this will tell if you have any additional spacers in the rear as well.

If the truck is completely level then you probably just have a front 1 1/2-2” leveling kit. It’s 1 1/2 to 2” of yielded height because depending on truck it can be slightly different.

Those wheels/ tires should be fine, you will most likely have to do some minor trimming. Did you check out the stickied “wheel and tire thread” above this? Very informative.

the -18 offset is definitely “more aggressive” and will have the wheel/ tire combo stick out further from the truck, depending if you like that look or not.

That makes sense to me now. The wheel actually has just a -12 offset not -18. Don't know if that makes much difference or not. Thanks man!

You can if you want but I think Mikey is right, sounds like you have 1.5" - 2" leveling kit.

I believe you guys are right. I think this is the set up I'm going to go with. I just have really bad body roll. My last truck had
305.55.r20s and rode way better. I have 20" stock Lariat chrome wheels and I would think going to 18" wheels should help the ride a little bit. At least I hope

The stock wheels are 20x8.5 with a 44mm offset. Going to an 18x9 with a -12 offset means the wheel is going to stick out 2.5" further than the current wheel, and the tire is going to stick out even more.

I have a 2” level, 33x12.5r20, 20x10’s with a very aggressive -25 offset. I trimmed the front damn, both sides. I trimmed the rear of the drivers side.

So my 18x9s should fit no problem. Your set up is exactly what I was going to do (- the -25 offseft) but I am looking for a little better ride and 18s are a little cheaper lol. Today I justed ordered the front and back 5100 bilsteins shocks.
