Coolant flush oddity... Help?

At the start of this thread I'd of said it was all out. Now that I know only 80% of the system can be drained I'm assuming there was 20% tap water still left in the block somewhere.

So I'm planning on draining approximately 1 gallon of fluid out of the system then testing the fluid in the tank. I'll adjust the mixture based on my testing and roll on.

Does that sound feasible?
