Saturday I ordered an Eco 150 reg cab long bed. At the time the Flame Blue seemed like the color of choice. Now I'm undecided and would like to see pics of the Golden Bronze and Candy Red. Anyone have these colors? My local dealer seems to love black, grey and white and didn't have any that I could look at.

LOL! I've had 2 Rangers that were shades of that color, so as you might guess, I do like it. The first was a 2005 in Sonic Blue and the other was a 2007 in whatever they called it that year. I'm just wishy washy since there weren't any to look at on the lot. The Red Candy looks almost upscale, kinda like it should be on a Town Car, if that makes sense. I had a 200? Taurus in the Metallic Brown and I have to admit I REALLY liked the way it looked too. Just not sure if it would look that good with all the square miles of sheet metal on a truck.

 

I got black, not all that fond of it cause its not really black, its got those damn speckles in it which I didnt know when I bought it cause it was cloudy at the time and it looked black, but I love the blue flame, i think you will like it, the more of those i see around, the more i want that color, lol! Red does look nice to, but ive had to many red vehicles in my life, need a change for a while.

 

I was unsure at first too but after having the Blue Flame it's an awesome color. Go for the Blue Flame you won't regret it!

Somebody once told me there are two colors of Harleys:

-Black
-Ugly

F-150 color choices were far more complicated but I still ended up ordering black.

 

speaking of black, i visited the ford truck exhibit at the houston livestock show and rodeo.........definitely NOT impressed with the harley truck. the sticker is terrible and cheap looking. and then there is that black whateveryoucallit in the cab. it lines the console and front of the dash. not sure what it is, but adds ZERO value to it imo. in fact, they should take some off for adding such cheap looking crap! just sayin'.

 

The blue flame looks OK ever when it's dirty if that's any help to you...lol
