Default climate control - is this normal?

I have a 2010 fx4 with the digital dual climate control. My temp setting jumps from 65 to 60 nothing in between. Just wondering if this is normal on all trucks? Thanks for the info

they are useless temps anyway, which is why the are removed, so you dont have to press the button multiple times. you really wanna set your temp at 64? lol! All of the normal comfortable levels are available. Just think in the summer you would have to press the button 5 extra times each way to get to the coldest setting to cool it off fast, likewise in the winter, you really gonna be driving around at a comfortable temp above 80 that 85 or 90 isnt gonna do for ya? thats 9 extra presses to get to the hottest lvl, see what im saying?

Ya I understand the concept. I live in Houston and love the heated seats just sometimes 65 is too hot with the seats and 60 is too cold so ya a 63 or 62 would be nice but oh well. I can definitely live with it as everything about the truck is much better just glad I don't have to deal with a dealer to get a problem fixed. Thanx guys ( yes I'm new and all your posts have been a big help keep it up!)

ok, i just went and checked mine. 2010 lariat with sony nav screen and voice controls. it goes from 60-65 and then every number up to 85 then jumps to 90. Tried a voice command to set temp at 63 and it said it was an invalid number, haha. So my previous comments were right, except for the 80-85 part should all be available too. Perhaps different models are different. Its really not an issue however as no one would use a temp in the 60-65 or 85-90 range anyway, lol.

I have a 2010 Lariat without Nav so maybe that's why it's different. I've never tried anything less than 67 or more than 75 though. But I have routinely gone back
and forth between 72 and 73 lately and 1 degree does make a noticeable difference to me
