I use one of the "as seen on tv" windshield cleaning tools. It has a handle and a microfiber bonnet on the end of it. It works great for the inside of the windshield and gets behind the headrests really well. I just use it with the seats folded up.

I removed and stored the headrests. Makes seeing out of the rear view much better too. If we end up with adults back there, I can easily pop them back in.

First thing I did was pull the headrests. Like was said before there are two buttons. One is hidden under the fabric of the headrest and it took a little bit of ommph to get them out because of the tight confines. Nobody will ever sit in the back seat of my truck anyway.

I too took my headrests out a while ago (since put them back) but the first time I tried to squeeze the one headrest release and lift them out I cut my finger almost to the bone on that rigid plastic trying to push the one in to release it. It was almost like I needed 3 hands to remove one of them. lol

I had one of those until one of the small pegs decided to snap off, I had a real issue with this white film all over my windshield. Could never get it clean and it just smeared and smeared, geuss it was a film from the plastics in the truck. Has driven me nuts for 6 mos, finally I tried a dab of Dawn on a wet cloth and wiped all of the inside windows, then a clean wet cloth to rinse that off followed by some Stoners Invisible Glass with crumpled up newspaper. The ONLY thing that has worked and I tried literally Everything I could find, buy or mix together and look up on the net!
