is 1 better/worse?
other than price and time to make it happen labor wise?

Good question. I will have to let someone with more knowledge than me in this area answer your question.

A spindle keeps factory geometry and travel. A coilover/spacer limits travel to an extent. The f150lifts setup does give better angles than your conventional spacer and a better ride due to both better shocks/springs and keeping the uca off of the droop stop.

So the spindle type kit is better
But the f150lift set up is the best of both worlds ?

Ours is a true Bolt-On Kit. Very easy install, achieves what most are looking for (bigger tires, nose up, nice ride). No frame modification, Everything made in the USA, Lifetime warranty, tech support when ever you want it. If you sell your truck you can return the truck to stock in 2.5 hrs....and still have the kit to sell or re-use.

The F1B Series is only adding a splash of color for those that want some bling! Otherwise the Adjustable Coilover is the same.

no one makes a lift spindle (2wd only btw) for the 09+ trucks besides the 4" baja (i forget company name). PM me if you want further clarification on the two. Don't want to derail this thread further
