Do you have pictures? Also, you said lc2i do you mean lc7i? That is almost 200 by itself so how did you do if for around 200?

The best bet to keep a factory head unit is a high pass crossover for the main speakers so that they need little power for mids and highs and to prevent distortion and break up. Then for the subwoofer, the bass restorer.

You may be able to get a small crossover installed right in the door with the speaker.

Of course for me, this is to much work as my listening is done on my home theater system for which I have Denon, HK and other electronics, as well as Infinity speakers and a Velodyne subwoofer.

The LC2i is for 2 channels only and could be used as just a subwoofer low level output source.

Now I'm just lost all together... This is what another member on here suggested.
Currently I have the base system with Sync and SAT. I upgraded the door speakers with Polk MM6501 6.5" component front and Polk db571 5x7 coax in rear. Powering door speakers from factory radio. I installed the PAC AOEM-FRD24 for input to my Rockford Fosgate mono sub amp. I installed a 10" Kicker sub. Right amount of punch for me. Fills in the bottom real nice. I am really happy with the sound as is. But wanting more and knowing from past installs, replacing the factory radio adds more to the sound quality which is expected. I saw a message about the Advent OE Nav unit. After looking at several Youtubes and talking to the owner of the company selling them I ordered one. Also ordered rear camera and SAT for this unit. I have gone to several other sites with reviews of this unit and most all are very positive. The Advent is to get here Friday so I have no reivews of it at this time.

You would need nothing, considering that the wire kit comes with ground wire, power wire RCa's, rem wire and fuse holder.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm still undecided about going with a single 10 or 2 10's. If I go with the 2 10's I already have an Alpine type R DVC and a type S DVC. Would it be ok to use these 2 together in the same enclosure or should I just choose 1 and go with a single box? Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Usually running two different type of subs in the same box is a bad idea because they move at different rates. Lookig at the specs both of those look the same. It MAY be ok if the has a divider in it
