I take it there aren't many Grand National fans here?

Might not sound like a v8, but will show a v8 what taillights look like everytime.

The EB chest pounding begins. If I wanted a "fast" vechicle I'd buy mustang or equivalent not a pickup truck. Just saying.

Don't agree..... I bet many people who own a truck its because they like the comfort, room, bed and the whole I'm an "american" truck thing. There are also people who need a truck for other reasons beyond personal tastes. I have a truck because of the business Im in. I do love my truck but if I was in a different line of work I might drive something else. That I said I own a bada$s truck for my daily driver and it will smoke a v8 and turbos sound stoooop....also many people simply can't afford to have a truck and a sports car for speed.

I guess thats the girlfriend/wifeys car is for

I have the same set up as Franchi and my turbos sing like a jet engine and sounds great for now, but next month I might change my mind LOL

Fair enough. The sales pitch the dealer gave me was as follows, if you plan on doing a substantial amount of towing consider the EB. If I asked him I want something that will put other trucks in my tailights he would direct me to say a Mustang.

I don't give a toss what's under your hood especially in a truck unless maybe you have "Ford Racing" logo on it. If it suits your needs your objective has been met. The silly engine bantering enters every thread so I bite the bait now.

I actually bought my truck to replace a car it's my daily driver now and have much pride in it but I don't go smearing silly juvenile "My dad can beat up your dad" or in this case my "engine is better then your engine" comments around. It gets old but hey I will admit I see the nonsense getting tossed around in reverse too with the 5.0 fans too. Many guilty parties involved.

Back on topic, OP Borla makes two systems for EB as well give them a listen they maybe to your liking I can't link YouTube videos from work give it a search.

As much as I cant stand the incessant arguing back and forth over which engine is better for this, that, or the other, in reading his reply, he never even mentions the ecoboost. If you read the sentence above the one you quoted, he is talking about a Grand National, which while it is a rather unattractive car, the turbo V6 in that thing is a friggin hoss.

Default Take a look a Corsa/db exhausts

I have the Corsa on my '13 FX4 EB......not the cheapest pipe on the planet, but well made and NO cabin drone.

Good deals can be had on Auto Anything, too.
