Default Can't select settings on dash

So, I know I was in the "settings" and "information" selections. I hit the up/down arrows on the steering wheel, and it skips these two. I've tried in park, e-brake on, stopped in gear, etc. Still skips. Anyone else or what am I doing wrong? Only had it 2 weeks or so.

I have this exact same problem in my 14 Raptor. Just started two days ago and I can't figure it out.
Anyone have any ideas?

Ok, I'm not crazy (on this at least). Sorry your having issue too, but glad I'm not the only one. I am pretty good with tech stuff, so bothering me that I can't select these. And I did before.

Try disconnecting the negative battery cable for 15 mins, that may reset it.

You can't get there from that screen.

Left arrow out to the main screen and then you can get to those two.

I don't know what changed it but I went from off to on and everything worked again

That is just a pic I found on the net. But when I scroll through the other top 4, they come up, just not the bottom two. Looks greyed out.

Might try that tonight if it stops raining long enough.

This is also correct.

Turn the memory off and you can get there from any screen.

With it on, left arrow all the way out to the main menu and then you can get there.
