Default C1155

Hi guys,

I have the ABS,Parking brake and hill descent light always on.
I scanned the car and I got code : C1155
I bought a new wheel speed sensor from ford and reset the code. It went away but after I drive it and reach more then 35km/h all 3 lights come back on.
I tried this a few times and everytime it will go away and come back when i reach 35km/h.

I looked at the connector but they are good or else it wouldnt even clear the codes.

Anyone have an idea what could be wrong ?

Thank you

Have you got a multimeter? Checking the wiring should be next, unless you want to throw parts at it. I believe the ABS module is very expensive, so that's not a great plan.

Also, we have no idea what vehicle you have.

What about wiring on the ABS side?

The system is ABS, wiring, sensor, wheel bearing.

Sometimes the brake switch at the pedal can cause weird issues, but it doesn't seem like this DTC should come from that.

I haven't looked. Are these sensors interchangeable? Maybe you could swap with another, see if the problem follows the sensor. Here's the full section for testing this DTC.

I dont know if they are interchangable but I returned the one I bought back to the dealership and got a new one and I have the same problem.
Once I drive it starts flashing.

While true, that post was over 5 years ago. So, he either sold it, figured it out, or crashed with bad brakes.
