You can repair (mosfet replacement) the part madmax posted the picture of on this website.
When mine had stop working after 6yrs in 2015, I found a replacement at my local auto salvage, I then repaired my original part & kept it in the glovebox. I found & used mosfet part# STP141NF55
A couple years later the auto salvage part stopped working so I swapped my repaired original part back in & its been fine.

Checked my old packing slip for the company I ordered from & It was Arrow Electronics. Googled the name & found website.
I ordered 5 to have some for spares lol.
