Have them check their VINCENT system.

I recieved a $1500 coupon -- this will add and extra $1500 to the trade-in price.
I figures it'll all help out!

No problem. When you order the truck, have your dealer request "price protection" from Ford to cover the value of the coupon, in case the delivery of the new struck is slow. Ford will almost always grant the price protection.

Same with rebates. If the current rebate is a good one, then ask the dealer to request price protection for that rebate, in case the rebate is decreased before you take delivery.

Same for price level. Ford raises prices a few times per year, and the new price list is called a price level. If there is a price increase while your new truck is being built, price protection will assure you get the old, lower, price.

Price protection is just one of many services your dealer should provide for you, without your having to ask. But some dealerpersons are dumber than a fencepost. So ask.

I ordered my truck last month and its due in this Wednesday (it was supposed to be about mid may) i just requested the brochures via email/mail. If i don't receive them how quickly should it post in their "vincent" system assuming they're sending me a voucher?

thanks

Default only a $500.oo coupon

I also sent for the brocure, with the 30 day buy window. But... I only received a $500.00 coupon, not a $750.00 what gives??

When I filled out the form online to request the brochure, there is one question "When do you plan to buy?" that I think determines if you get a coupon or not. I selected the "Within 30 days" box since I figured they were most likely to send rebates for quick sales, and since they typically have an expiration of about 2 months on the rebates.
If you are planning to take delivery soon, go to the Ford site and request a brochure be mailed to you.
