Default Buying soon? Get the $750 rebate coupon

Since I ordered my truck a couple weeks ago, I thought I would try for the $$$ coupon some receive when requesting a brochure from Ford. I have read there have been mixed results with this over the past months, but I tried anyway about a week ago. Yesterday I got the brochure in the mail so I flipped to the back page and bingo! $750 Private Cash rebate for nearly any Ford vehicle with few restrictions.
When I filled out the form online to request the brochure, there is one question "When do you plan to buy?" that I think determines if you get a coupon or not. I selected the "Within 30 days" box since I figured they were most likely to send rebates for quick sales, and since they typically have an expiration of about 2 months on the rebates.
If you are planning to take delivery soon, go to the Ford site and request a brochure be mailed to you.

I hit the mail me a brochure button and realized I could request a brochure via e-mail, recieved the e-mail version within 10 days and about a week later recieved another one in the mail, both had the coupons but I'm sure they'll only let me use one. Your name is attached to them so only you can use it.

I got one brochure for the SuperDuty (which I'd love) and one for F-150s (I don't need another one . Both came with the $750. I can't remember what I chose for buying time, but I would love a SuperDuty and would gladly go test-drive, so I think I may have selected "within 30 days" for that.

I think it has to do with where you live. Down here in the south, everyone drives an F-Series. Maybe they figure it's the straw that will cave the camels back and get you even more motivated in an obviously good market.

Not only is your name attached, but it also has your pre-approved credit amount. Not that you want to discuss it on here, but if you have ****e credit, maybe they don't even offer the money

I requested a brochure and got the coupon, the dealer was able to look up and see that I requested it and it showed that I had the coupon coming before I got it.

Coupon was at my house on Monday when I got home from ordering a new truck.
FWIW I picked the 0-30 day option.

I requested 2 weeks before I bought my truck. I got the coupon in an email the day before I signed papers on the truck.

Received three $750 coupons in the mail the following week. Ha

I used it on both my new Ford purchases. They only send them out to certain folks and it is random who they send them to & not even on every brochure. I signed up me & my wife for them under both our names & our middle names. They are transferable but only by people at the same address. So if my wife gets one & I don't I can use hers. If my sister gets one I cannot use hers. I ask for 3 brochures under 4 names and I will usually get one coupon. They also expire after a while so if you are going to order your car its sort of a toss up if they will still be valid when your car comes in.

Does anyone know if the dealer can search and use past coupons? Are they retained in the system?
