That is a real nice looking light bar. The $275 cost though, is that with the lights or with out? Kinda steep without the lights.

While I admit that it's a high cost, the textured powder coating, materials, and labor all add up to a relatively close cost. This does not come with lights, as "good" lights are typically ~$100 each. Keep in mind he has to make some profit off his work to make it worth the effort.

Lol I never asked for you to sell me one just for you to share dimensions. Didn't realize you were out to make money. Much cheaper options available on the market.

The powdercoating alone cost just over $100. So if anyone wants to save some money I can sell a unpainted light bar for $175 CAD plus shipping.

These lightforce lights retail for $330 USD per pair. Remember you guys that are in the states, I am wanting $275 CAD plus shipping. That is about $195 USD plus shipping with the crappy Canadian dollar right now.

The halogen lights are nice in the winter LED bars don't generate the heat needed to keep the ice and snow off.

If powder coating is costing so much, why not just get the bed liner in a can and paint them that way?
$185 vs $300

If you are trying to sell them, this is your competition, they made the OE Ford one.

I chose to powdercoat my Lightbar because of its superior durability and quality over paint or boxliner. I have seen many spray can boxliners start to peel in a couple years. And any other paint will chip and start to rust. I powdercoated my Lightbar because it will last for many years without chipping or rusting and requiring no maintenance or repainting down the road. See this website about the advantages of powdercoating: http://www.spartaengineering.com/powder-coating/

I do not want to sell a cheaply built product. I do not want to sell it with a cheap coating (paint or boxliner). I built this Lightbar to the standards that I wanted for my truck. It is built very strong and looks awesome. That is how I want all of my lightbars to be. Now, should someone specifically request they want to save money and not have a powdercoat finish, that is fine by me. I will gladly sell them a Lightbar either bare metal or with a quick coat of spray paint or boxliner. If you were to see the finish that this textured powdercoat has, you would be amazed. It looks amazing. It nearly matches the look of the black plastic that is on the grille and bumper of these trucks. I think my price is fair for a quality, Lightbar. Just remember the exchange rates. Everything is more expensive in Canada, and cheaper to purchase with American dollars due to the exchange rate.

Hi, don't lose your time with people saying: The $275 cost though, is that with the lights or without? Kind of steep without the lights, some other giving a link about other light bars that cost almost $500.00, even if you would be asking $50 and yet they will be asking if the lights are included.

Best of luck with your light bars
