Default Bug Deflector options?

The lip of my hood is getting banged up a little from stones etc. I keep passing this f150 that looks like it has a very simple bug shield. It looks like a stick on sorta thing. Small strip along the top of the grill and a little fatter over the headlights.

I can find an autoshade one that looks like it, but it appears to be plastic.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about and where to get it? Is it stick on?

I did the whole front of my truck with premium shield for 300 bucks. I like it because it not only covers the top ridge of the hood but also every thing down to the bumper for 100% protection. Its also easy to clean.

Yes that's the one. Is it a solid piece of plastic or a vinyl skin that sticks on?
