Default Boost loss

2013 f150 ecoboost 3.5. Loss of boost runs at max 6psi until I restart then sometimes after a few miles boost loss again

Check your BOV. Takes like 5 minutes to reach up from under the truck and remove the two bolts.
A lot of time you get a small tear in the BOV, see linked thread for picture.
