Once an attorney can successfully attain judgement on one of these cases on a class action, other attorneys will come running. We'll see one of those national commercials that ask if you or someone you know....

I hope that a redesign of the CAC will solve the issues. My truck is in the shop now of the shudder, limp mode, and suspension noise. My dealer has been good to me and I think that most dealerships are frustrated with these issues.

My next move will be purchasing a full race CAC and changing my tune.

The lawyers get rich(er) and the F150 owners will get nothing more than a pat on the head saying "thank you for lining our coffers."

Nothing will be resolved. I don't know why they need to spin up a fancy moniker like "class action lawsuit" for a word as simple as "theft".

Well Hello, we'll sue. That will surely make the price of F-150's go down. Of course I don't expect much more from our litigious society.

BTW, do you know what you call a bus load of lawyers going over a cliff? "A start"......

If it will force Ford to change the design to one that works without defect, so be it. If someone was really unhappy with their truck they could have private council pursue litigation and end up with something that wouldn't cover the cost of getting out of their truck if they're upside down. Lemon law help if you haven't driven a ton of miles.

Based on google search, there are a number of these "class action" suits being filed.

Ford should have probably tried to get in front of this. It's not like they didn't know there is a problem.

Yeah, the issue now is that the CAC that they are installing is not a design that is different enough to really solve the problem.

I just got word that the parts they thought they had for my truck they don't have so I am waiting on parts.
