Is there a good aftermarket block heater for a 2013 with a 5.0?Is the block heater hard to change?

I've read that there is, and yes its hard to change if you have 4WD. I'd like to delete mine, I never use it and its a known coolant leak when it fails. I find nothing about plugging that hole.
