Default Which blend door

Anyone know which blend door controls heat to right dash vs left dash?
I have heat coming out of right side but not left

Air is blowing out of both sides, but is hot right and cold left. (Automatic dual zone climate controls)

on the right (passenger side) can you get hot and cold air?

and on the driver side you can only get cold air?

on dual zone each side has a hot/cold door and actuator

Yes. No heat left. Hot cold right. I replaced left blend door actuator (by gas pedal). No change

I posted in a thread about blend doors I started if you wanna double check me but sadly I do believe the one that's easy to get to by the gas pedal is for defrost vents, center vents or your feet. The driver side temp blend door is the one that ford says you take the dash out for. Ford tech makuloco has a video on doing it with the dash in place but do believe the center console is coming out. Again, double check me

edit:

YH1933 (x2) - on behind the radio (easy) and the one under the dash/center console (pita but there are shortcut method videos)
yh1770 - recirculation motor on the pass side
yh1881 - defrost etc down by the gas pedal

unfortunately you replaced the wrong one

The one by the gas pedal is the Mode Actuator. Defrost/vent/floor. Glove box is Air intake. Fresh/recirculate. Behind the radio and on the floor below the radio is the temp actuator. Assuming you have dual zone climate control

yep dual zones, I was afraid it was going to be the center/lower one. Time to get to work and get one last look at blood free hands

thanks all

I just finished up a video replacing the actuator at the bottom. Did it without removing the dash. You have to cut some of the lower vent by the passenger's foot but it's doable.
2nd part of the video is about replacing the fresh/recirculating door. Again without replacing the dash.

I don't think this was said, but in the dual system the one behind the radio is for the passenger temp, and the lower one accessible in the passenger footwell is for the driver/rear temp.

Default Job done

I was able to change out the lower blend door actuator without removing much at all. I did cut the ductwork as has been talked about in multiple videos and cut one of those vertical pillars to reach it. I took off the side panel of the center console and in retrospect I didn't really even need to do that. Cutting the ductwork out of the way allows you to get to that first bolt that is visible then just break the hell out of the actuator so that that tab breaks off of the bolt that's not visible and you can pull it out of there.

I did come up with a couple of ideas. I haven't seen elsewhere though. I put a glob of JB weld where that non-visible bolt should go back, but can't, second tip is use a zip tie to lasso that plug when you're putting it back in because there's not enough room to get your hand back there to hold it while you push the actuator into the plug couple of pictures below demonstrating.
