Default Black Out

I know a guy who can paint my grille and emblems. I am thinking all black. What do you guys think about blacking out my grille? Honest opinions welcome. Here is a pic for reference. Thanks

I think yes! Doing your bumpers would look good also!

But I am biased myself haha

My opinion...if you are going to paint some of the chrome...do it all. Having the bumpers/steps in chrome will look funny.

I hate chrome, but that's just me. I say cover all that chrome in black!

Not sure why you bought the truck with this package with so many other options available. I heard painting the chrome will lead to nasty rock chips and other ways of chipping. I'd get a primed bumper and have it painted IMO

I wouldn't paint any of it...I would have it powder coated.

Leave the chrome it looks sick as it is. The chrome right now flows well with your theme. It matches the black and chrome rims and there isn't too much of it or too little. If you wanted to black it out all black rims would have looked better. nd if u decide to do it go aftermarket with the grille

it is a serious pain in the ... to find on here but some one in the last couple days posted pics of their blacked out grille

They just blacked out the mesh of the grill leaving the chrome bars alone and it really stood out.

see that would actually be pretty cool it would match the theme better if you have to black it out

Plastidip would be the best for this job. That way if you want to go back to chrome it's only a peel away

Before and after pics for ya
