No that's actually not it. It is when you hard wire a switch to the fuse that is connected to the advancetrac and TC so that it is completely killed.

By chance, did you get the tires right around the time they switched to winter blend fuel? I have a hard time believing a 1" taller tire has this big of an affect on fuel economy, but others have reported roughly the same. This was the exact tire I've had my heart set on but with the fuel economy reports, I'm thinking I should just go bigger to a 295/70/18 or 285/75/18 if my mileage is going to plummet that much!

I think I've had the tires for about a month now. Im not sure what the winter blend is or does for the truck but it is definitely a possibility? I think the main impact was the weight increase over the stock tires are 40.4 lbs per, and the BFG's are 57.7 lbs per. Another factor is I haven't re-calibrated the speedometer yet.
