Default Bezel removal around nav screen

I'm trying to remove the bezel that goes around my nav display and A/C controls etc on my 2010 lariat...on my 04 it used to just pop off by getting ahold of it just above the ashtray and giving it a tug. Does any one know if there is a trick to getting this one off? I'm installing a pro-fit cell phone mount and need to get behind it.

I stumbled across a video a few days ago by accident. It was some stereo installer company showing a dvd installation in an 09 F150. They went into step by step detail removing the center dash bezel. I really don't remember where I was or what I was searching for but you may want to google 2009 F150 stereo installation or check out Crutchfield.com or something like that. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

from what the stereo place told me yesterday. Ford sells the bezel in a kit for navis or cd players with screens. That cuts out the having to cut the bezel to make it fit. She told me it runs around 70 bucks..

I think its either that, or, go park in a Detroit suburb on a Saturday evening, and walk away for 12 minutes.....
