Which RainX model are you using? They make Repel (adds rainx coating), Latitude (all rubber and no exposed frame), and Weatherbeater (traditional style).

I fidn the cheapest ones last the longest. I've tried bosch and other expensive ones, they squeak and leave streaks.

Lattitudes, no squeakes or streaking, they are great and still look new after 8 months.

Bosch Icon's, the truck I traded in for my new one last month had them on for 5 years and they were still working good. Just bought some new ones today to go on the new truck.

I just put the RainX frameless on the passenger side as it replaced a torn Reflex...and WOW what a difference. Both the RainX and Reflex were the same price but wow are they ever far apart when it comes to quality. The RainX is hands down the best I've ever used and I tried everything from the $9.99 ones to these which were about $25 each.

I should also mention I use the RainX washer fluid in the Summer and Winter and what a difference that makes. I also wax the outside of all my windows except for the windshield

I just replaced my originals with a new set from Motorcraft. Way different - frameless. Seem fine. $ 20.00 for the pair.
