This is what I have and would never have anything else but magnaflow. I had a rear exit on an 05 titan and didn't hesitate to go with the dual side exit on my 13 f150 with 5.0. If you leave the resonator it will not be too loud and will not drone at all, I removed my resonator and it is louder but still very little drone. Sounds perfect IMO.

Default Best single exit exhaust 5.0

Out of the numerous dual exhaust systems I've had over the year's on my trucks. I decided to keep it simple, on my last truck. That one was a 2005 5.4. After 2 flowmasters had rotted out.... I'd had enough and went all aluminum and decided to try out a Magnaflow.
Only difference is, I made it a single out, no exhaust tip, just plain old aluminium.
It turned out to be my favorite sounding exhaust. Just enough.

I would say the Roush system sounds the best for the 5.0. I have a resonated Mach X dual on my truck and IMO the Roush exhaust sounds even better than mine. The ONLY reason I chose the Mach X is because most of the Roush exhaust owners say the in-cab drone is pretty bad at cruising speeds.

Corsa DB! Sounds awesome with ZERO drone, and if you want it loud just delete the resonator!

I bought the Magnaflow Part# 15320 since it was a direct bolt-on that required no cutting on my regular cab. This kit replaced the factory resonator with a Magnaflow one. It's a complete 3" system with a polished 4 inch double wall tip. It is very deep with no drone, but unfortunately it's not loud enough for me so the resonator will be coming off soon.

Ps I hate the look of dual exit out the rear or I would go with the borla s-type.

"Custom" exhaust job done by my muffler shop. Resonator delete with SI/DO Magnaflow replacement. 3 inch all the way through. All welded and mandrel bent.Dumps right behind the rear axle. Can't see it all unless you get down and look for it. Sounds AWESOME! Cost me half vs after-market kit. Was cheaper than the cheapest single exit after market kit. I don't live where there is hardly any snow much less road salt so its all aluminized vs stainless. Might be some drone, but the radio and AC washes it out. Almost nothing from it at highway cruising speed.

I've got a MBRP SISO catback and I can't complain. It fit good and sounds great. System is still in pretty good shape, shows a little wear and tear but for the money I can't complain.

I'd like to see people post up what their exhaust system looks like after thousands of miles.
