Hello. Does such a thing exist as a resonator-back system? I'd like to keep the factory resonator and just replace the muffler/tailpipe. The resonator has a sleeve, and I'd like something that slips into the sleeve just like the stock muffler. Do you know if your cat-back systems can be cut to do this? The trick would be getting the correct tubing diameter. Thanks!

Hello, what would you recommend for a simple swap on a 2018 5.0, si/so just cut and swap muffler? I dont want to make my ears bleed but I want a nice deep V8 sound/rumble. Also in 304 stainless, had a rusty experience with flow master and want to but a quality good sounding muffler I can just have welded in place of oem. Thanks in advance

I just put a 15461 cat back on my 2014 Fx4 Screw this weekend. Love the sound outside. Love the roar when I get on the throttle. I have to say after reading so many reviews about how there was no cabin drone, I cannot understand how anyone could say that (there's quite a bit of drone inside the cabin). Or, is there something that could be unique to my truck's install that's causing it or exaggerating it? The only thing I can think of as a variable...the hangar welded onto the tail pipes was bent so close to the body that it was physically impossible to get it into the rubber insulator (this was a huge shock, as everything else went smoothly). We had to get a mechanic to help bend it away so we could actually install it.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of the volume in the cabin at cruising speeds?

I am interested in buying either the Magnaflow 12249 or the 12579 si/so 3" inlet/outlet for my 2016 F-150 5.0...can you give a compare and contrast to the sounds? How much louder would you describe the 12249 over the 12579? I am not looking for "loud" but rather deep with a little bit louder than stock loudness, and as little drone as possible. I am leaving the stock resonator in place. Can you please explain the difference between the two mufflers. Thanks.

Hello, I have a 97 150 2wd with the 4.6. I have leaks and rattles in almost every part on the exhaust so it's all going. I'm in the process of putting shorty headers on. It's somewhat a family truck, but I'm still a guy, so I don't want super loud but I do want more than stock. Now here is where I need your assistance. I plan to do just the single hi-flo cat on each bank. Should I go 2.5 or 3 from cat to muffler? Do you recommend DIDO or SIDO, also which muffler, your oval or round and what size? Coming off I'm thinking 2.5 out to duals straight out the back. Part numbers would be great if not too much trouble. Thanks! Kyle

Hey! I was looking through some posts and wondered if you could give me a suggestion on exhaust.
I have a 2015 f150 lariat 5.0 2WD. I'm looking for a catback exhaust that lets me know the engine is on. I want a low rumble at idle, deep sound on rev, and not a lot of sound on cruise. I liked the rumble on the borla atak and the magnaflow 40 series but I was concerned about the overall volume being too loud. I have neighbors and I already have a loud Boss, so I don't want to tick them off with the truck too much.
Also, I would like the exhaust to dump out behind the rear wheel, I have no preference on dual or single, but black tips would be ideal (but not mandatory).
Thanks for any ideas you can give me, I appreciate your time.
