Hi what's the best programmer out for my truck 2010 5.4L I know there is tons of them out there. But what is everyone running.

 

I'd say SCT but then, I may be slightly biased as well. :-)

I have a hypertech for mine, only because I got a great deal on it from Autoanything. But its features aren't great, I don't think there is a tow mode. I do get at least 3 mpg better though. Performance gains were pretty decent. nothing crazy though. But I only paid about $200ish maybe? Don't remember. Better than shelling out big money for SCT IMO. Gas trucks don't gain a lot from programmers like diesels can. But Im just a college student saving pennys. LOL. Its probably close to paying for itself in gas by now.

 

As far as I'm concerned my SCT was worth it.

 

SCT X4 , you can store up to 10 custom tunes

 

Who does the custom tunes on them?

 

Mike @ 5Star tunes does great tunes for the SCT. It really woke my 5.4 up & I haven't had any issues. Highly recommend.

 

SCT, especially the used SCT X3 that I have for sale in the Trade/Sale section. Will work for your truck great!
