Default Bed Rugs

So I've always wanted one and last night I pulled the trigger. I found a craigslist ad where a guy was selling a topper and bed rug combo for $800. I contacted him and asked if he would be willing to sell just the bed rug and after talking to him he said he would. I ended up offering him $150 and he took it.

Its only a year old and in great shape. No tears or damage. I'm going to wash it and my truck and get it installed in a few days.

On a side note I contacted bed rug to buy a Velcro kit and they are sending me on free of charge. Excellent customer service.

Next is a tonneau cover.

Nice score.
Kudos to Bedrug for sending you a velcro kit free of charge. That's an added bonus. You'll like it. Love mine.

I am interested to see how it holds up with hauling misc things. Everyone I have talked to says they do quite well.

It should.
I had a 800lbs pallet loaded onto my Bedrug Mat in the previous truck. Fork operator just lowered the front edge and pushed...slid from the tailgate to the bulkhead...no damage at all. I was impressed.

Awesome product and awesome customer service. I once needed to have my bedrug replaced. They advertise a lifetime warranty, but I lost my receipt, I figured they would tell me I was out of luck. Turns out I called them and explained I didn't have the receipt and they just said to box it up and they would send UPS to come pick it up. So it ended up getting replaced under warranty and free shipping to and from them, with no proof of purchase. 2 weeks later I bought one for my dad for his birthday, and will always have one in my truck.

Similar story to one I had on the previous truck's tonneau. Called Truxedo as I had broken their clamp. Repeat...I BROKE IT. It was year 3 of the 5 year warranty. No questions asked, they shipped me the replacement and a spare, and a new tailgate top rail seal as it was wearing.
That reason alone is why I bought another Truxedo cover for the new truck. And they are USA made.

Truxedo, Extang, Bedrug, Undercover, Advantage, Retrax, and Bak all have one thing in common currently - they are all owned by THI (Bak is a recent acquisition).

Huh, learn something everyday:

No wonder the covers are starting to look similar.
