2 or 2.5" leveling kit for my '13 fx4?

was looking at either AS or Heavy Metal (eBay).

short question, hoping for short answer.

2" all the way. 2.5" is too much IMO and gives a reverse rake. If you wanna block the rear then 2.5".

Measure your truck from the ground to the fender lip. See how much of a difference you need to make up for the look you want. AS 2.5" up front, 3" in the rear on my truck.

2.5". Because no one ever wishes they went smaller.

I did AS 2" front and 3" rear block. Kept factory rake. Go measure the distance from ground to center of wheel well lip front an rear. I had 1 1/2 rake after 18k miles. Would have been nose high with just the front. I also emailed AS and they recommended their 2" as they said 2 1/2 is max for the front end components. I told them I would be running 295 70 10 Trail Grapplers on a +20mm offset rim. They said it would fit. They do and have zero rubbing.

2" heavy metal kit for me and it is perfect. I would not do a 2.5" kit unless you are adding a larger rear block.
