I have a 2011 F150 Screw XLT 4x4 and I love it! I just wish it had the backup camera to help me hook up equipment for work. My question is can I buy the Ford OEM camer/emblem for my truck and use it to interface with a GPS display or other display? I really don't want to attempt to route wires in my headliner..Has anyone done something like this to their trucks?

short answer is YES. however, do a search and you will get a lot of information on this. the installation of the camera and bezel is fairly simple. then it can be wired into whatever you want.
