My truck came with the sensors and I am going to add a camera. Ive found that the sensors go off sometimes even when there is nothing behind you.

I installed it myself, about a month or two after I bought my truck so it was ~2 years ago. Dealer install would have easily doubled the price. I bought everything but the headliner harness off ebay. I bought the headliner harness from Tasca and had to drop the headliner a bit to replaced the headliner (and mirror harness). There were a couple of gotcha's and not everyone's is a straight plug and play swap, but it was well worth the cost and effort.
The Camera in the rear view is great, you are looking there anyway when you back up. The larger screen of the Nav is OK, but I chose not to mess with the original stereo because that would have been another money pit .
