Default Back in the family!!!

A year in a half ago after I had a few stomach surgeries, I was in a lot of pain getting in and out of my 2011 xlt Eco Boost screw. So I traded my truck in on a 2013 Subaru outback. The outback was a great car but after owning 9 trucks in my life I just missed owning a truck. Not being able to haul tree branches, mulch and stone for my yard was disappointing.
While I wanted to wait for the 2015's, I could not hold out any more. The yard work could not wait!! So I found a good deal on a denim blue 2014 xlt 5.0 scab. Since I don't tow much, I decided to get the 5.0. Plus I had a lot of issues with the 2011 Eco. I was one of the unlucky ones.
The 2014 seems to drive so much smoother than the 2011 or maybe I just forgot how smooth these trucks drive.
Anyway I'm glad to be back even though I never stopped viewing these forums. I'll keep everyone posted on my new adventure.

What are you talking about? People haul granola in Subaru's all the time. Should be just fine for yard work.

I kid, I kid.

Glad to see you're back in a truck, not to mention another F-150. I also came from an Ecoboost into my 5.0.

I evaluated my priorities when I sold my '11 F-150 in November. I was seriously close to getting a Focus ST. Then I realized that I couldn't do it and I backed out. I'm glad I went back to a truck, because I've used it's capabilities within 6 months more than I ever did with any other truck over the 3 years I've owned trucks.

Enjoy! I dig the color too.

Nice ride.
Just knowing you have the capability to do whatever you need or want to, is satisfying.
Even when we're in the new loaded rav 4 limited, I want out.
I'm a pickup driver thru and thru.
