Default automatic climate control in non auto

I'm new to posting, not browsing and have searched this site and Google but maybe I'm not wording it right. But am i able to install automatic climate control in a non automatic unit?

If so, am i able to put a myford with the climate control built into the head unit, or an aftermarket version?

Thank you
Charles

Short answer is no.

There are just to many parts you would need and not even sure your truck even has the harness needed.

You will have better luck installing an aftermarket head unit using a Maestro harness, this harness integrates with the truck nicely but still won't give you auto climate.
