I got 2011 F150 XLT 3.7L my blinker started flashing fast so I changed out the bulb in left rear. About 3 weeks went by and now got no left rear blinker, brake lights, or hazards but got running lights. Can someone shed some light of what could be my issue. Thanks!!!!

 

Bad ground or pinched a wire when you put the bulb back in?

 

I'd start by checking fuses.
