www.full-race.com has a new replacement intercooler kit. If you look it up on their website it is a larger intercooler mounted higher up than stock. They are even running the hidden winch mount with their stock bumper with this kit. Pretty cool looking. If you aren't getting anywhere with ford this might be something to consider. No idea how much it costs. Sorry about not posting link but I am in the deer stand. Happy truckin-

Well fortunately I am not having issues but seems like so many are figured they might be interested.

 

My truck has been in the shop multiple times with the "condensation" problem. I hope it is as simple as an intercooler swap or redesign to get it fixed.
