Bling Lights sells some, but they are not that good. They have a glass lens and ultra thin halo ring. They are not a direct replacement.
Spider sells some projector halo fog lights, but they say they are for 06-08 F150's. They fit as a direct retirement on my 09, which I think has the same fog lights as yours. You'll have to check that. I like them, I have hid's in them, but the halos are led so I plan on changing them to ccfl to match my headlights.

You can see how much brighter the ccfl halos in the headlights are, that's why I want to change the fog halos from led to ccfl rings...
One picture is with just the key on, halos and leds only, the other is with low beams and fogs on

The halo's are one of the coolest features of my Camaro. I haven't seen any that I like for the F-150's yet.
