Default Afe cai

Long story short, I bought a slightly used AFE CAI for my 13 f150 with the 5.0. When I went to install it, the location on the pipe for the MAP sensor had the wiring drawn really tight. A coworker as a '12 and I noticed his wiring is almost located in a different spot, as in wound less tight so there is more slack. Does anyone have any insight to this?

It probably moved a bit.

If it plugs in without pulling really hard then don't sweat it.

It's tight like a guitar string, which bothers me. I only paid 50 bucks for the thing so it's not a great loss if I can't figure something out, but I would like to use it.

Eh... That would be bothersome.

Can you find where it is held down? Is it just a Christmas tree holding it tight or is it coming out of a larger loom (making it a lot harder to get a little slack)?

The intake is currently in a shed with about two feet of snow in front of the door. I just thought someone might have run across this already. Not a big deal. I'll worry about it in the spring.
