The harness you have I believe is an adaptor harness for aftermarket controllers.

I used that video to help me install my own Ham Radio into my 18 f150. Had to run power and antenna wires thru firewall.
Pop out insert, plug in controller, pop it in. Activate with FORScan. Plugmin fuse and relay. Controller is $90. Dealer charging $250 for a $90 part, and $100 for 15 minutes work. Definitely NOT a good price.

look again, you have to remove several dash panels to insert the new controller and screws.
the controller has two ears which mount to dash with screws. at least on picture and video i saw.
for my '18 it was a lot more than pop in. perhaps easier on older models.

Where is this bag located in the truck that you found with the relay and fuse?

do you have the 4 pin connector or the 4/7 pin connector.

i believe the relays/fuses only came with the 4/7 pin.

I have the factory setup, 7/4 pin under the rear bumper. After more research, it's ez to do and doesn't require a trip to the dealer

Originally it should be with the manual. But that was years ago for these trucks, anybody's guess when buying used.
