What is the correct relay and fuse?

Offhand I don't remember. It comes with a piece of paper telling you where to put them. I'm sure it's in the manual, if nothing else look for the trailering fuse and relay and see if you have them installed. If not, acquire some.
(I'm at work, can't look everything up atm)

Mine was (and still is) in the driver's door pocket. I bought my truck new, FWIW.

So the answer is "somewhere in the truck, unless it's not."

You will get the fuse with the TBC when you buy it. So if you can't find the bag that has the fuse and the aftermarket wiring harness, which is only used if you don't go OEM TBC, then no worries as it comes with the TBC. I bought mine from Tasca. I found my bag with the fuse and harness in my glove box but I bought my truck used.
