I found the bolts, hidden under that plastic cover. So i'm gonna remove it and do the thing, thank you.

 

With sport bikes the center point tie down is to close with a Canyon dancer so having one center point at factory height or lower, is my next step but this works pretty well for one person to load and under load/tie down bikes in the truck. A little nervous about the ramp only mounting to the access cover on the tail gate.
